Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are made in small batches and packaged with care, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Botanic Origins & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages marked as delivered but not received.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Botanic Origins & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future — stay tuned.


Sustainability Note

We strive to use eco-conscious packaging whenever possible. While this may sometimes look different from traditional packaging, it helps us reduce waste and lessen our environmental impact.
